Frequently Asked Questions

  • The first step is to book a FREE 15-minute online consultation.
In that virtual meeting, we will describe our services and ask you some questions before you decide if our services are what you are looking for.

  • For many students, cost can be a major hurdle. That’s why we work directly with funding programs such as the Canada Student Grant for Services and Equipment for Students with Disabilities (CSG-DSE). If you’re eligible for this grant, it can cover the full cost of our services. To qualify, students need to have an approved student aid application for the current or upcoming semester, since these grants are linked to Canada Student Loans. The CSG-DSE also has specific requirements regarding confirmation of disability documentation. We can help you navigate the application process.

We also know that not everyone fits within the rules of grant funding. To support learners who fall outside of those systems, AdaptEd sets aside a small number of sliding-scale spots each semester. This allows us to offer reduced fees to students who need support but may not otherwise be able to access it.
Ask about our sliding scale options in your free consult appointment.

Through our booking site, payment can be made by all major credit cards or Interac E-transfers.
For students who qualify for CSG-DSE funding, some institutions allow us to bill our services directly to your financial aid office. Ask us about this during your free consult.
